1. Use of Services

You may use our services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

2. Fleet Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the operation of your vehicles and the conduct of your drivers. FleetCommand provides data and insights but does not control your physical assets.

3. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing terms in effect at the time a charge is due.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
